Board of KSB recommends Final Dividend As on : 25-Feb-26 17:45
KSB announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 February 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.4.40 per share (i.e.220%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
